The design of hot gas smoke exhaust systems and installations and the pressurization of the exhaust/evacuation routes are smoke exhaust systems that allow the safe evacuation of users in case of fire.

These systems are necessary for buildings of increased surface area and importance (commercial spaces, office buildings, malls, storage halls/warehouses).
Likewise, for hotels with a minimum of 4 floors or halls with a length of more than 30 linear meters, it is necessary to design pressurization installations of the staircase and the related halls according to the European standard 12101.

Our company S.C. Future Electric Energy Projects S.R.L is authorized by ISU to design hot gas and smoke exhaust and pressurization installations according to European standards.

Project phases

The designing phases offered for the design of the smoke exhaust and pressurization installations are: Feasibility study, DTAC (Technical Documentation for the obtaining of the Construction Permit), Technical Execution Project (PTE), Execution Details (DDE). All the projects listed below have a DTAC + PTE design phase.
